Krav Maga is a practical and tactical system that teaches how to prevent, deal with, and overcome all kinds of violence and attacks. It prepares students for real life self defense situations. Krav Maga techniques are based off of instinctive responses, which makes them easier to learn. This program allows students to get fit while also learning skills and techniques that could one day save their life. This membership includes Boxing and Kickboxing classes.
Our combatives program teaches a combination of western style boxing, Khmer Kickboxing and Muay Thai Kickboxing. Punch and kick your way in to amazing shape while learning effective punching and kicking techniques and improving your agility by practicing the boxing footwork.
